VaultNest

VaultNest is a mobile + web app for high-end homeowners to document, value, and insure premium home contents (art, jewelry, watches, designer furniture, wine, collectibles). Users capture items with guided photo/video checklists, store receipts and provenance, and generate insurer-ready schedules with standardized fields. The app tracks renewal dates, appraisal expirations, and policy limits, and can export a clean PDF/CSV package for brokers and carriers. It also supports a “loss event” mode: a step-by-step workflow to quickly produce what insurers ask for after theft, fire, or water damage. This is not a marketplace; it’s a compliance-grade record system with secure sharing to your broker, estate attorney, or family office. Realistically, the value is time saved and fewer claim disputes—not “fun shopping.”
