VaultTour is a web + mobile AI-assisted due-diligence app for penthouses and estates that helps buyers, family offices, and buyer agents avoid fake listings, misrepresented views/finishes, and time-wasting showings. It combines a structured “listing verification checklist” with secure document intake (title, HOA/condo docs, permits, renovation invoices, utility bills), and a remote verification workflow using vetted local inspectors/photographers. The app generates a credibility score and a red-flag report: photo metadata inconsistencies, mismatched floorplans, view obstructions, renovation permit gaps, HOA restrictions, and comps that don’t support the ask. It also provides a single shareable data room link for all stakeholders (lawyers, tax advisors, agents) with audit logs. This is not a marketplace; it’s a verification layer that sits on top of existing luxury portals and broker networks.
