Agents get a single workflow: request vetting, approve access, generate one-time tour passes, and log entry/exit for accountability. Buyers get a concierge-like experience: discreet scheduling, route planning between properties, and secure in-app messaging that avoids personal numbers. The app also supports “silent listings” where the exact location is revealed only after verification. This is not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing that reduces risk, wasted showings, and privacy leaks—problems that luxury agents deal with constantly but solve with messy, manual processes today.
