VaultWill
VaultWill is a web + mobile app that helps people organize their estate essentials and make them actually usable when someone dies. Instead of trying to replace lawyers, it focuses on the messy reality: finding the latest will, locating accounts, sharing access safely, and guiding an executor through a checklist. Users upload documents (will, trust, insurance, deeds), add an asset and account inventory, and assign “trusted contacts” with timed or event-based release (death, incapacity, or manual trigger). The app generates a clean executor packet and a step-by-step playbook (what to do in week 1, month 1, etc.). It also handles digital legacy: password manager export instructions, social account memorialization steps, and device unlock guidance. This is not glamorous, but it solves a real coordination problem families repeatedly fail at under stress.
