VaxNudge

VaxNudge is a mobile app (with a lightweight web portal) that turns messy preventive-care guidelines into a simple, personalized checklist. Users enter age, sex at birth, conditions, meds, pregnancy status, location, insurance type, and past dates (or upload a PDF of records). The app generates a schedule for vaccines, cancer screenings, labs, dental/vision, and annual visits, then sends reminders with “book now” links and local clinic/pharmacy options. It also stores proof (photos/PDFs) and creates a shareable summary for new doctors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to extract dates from uploaded records and to explain recommendations in plain language, but the underlying rules are based on published guidelines with citations. It’s realistic: it won’t diagnose; it just keeps people on track and reduces forgotten care.
