VaxNudge

VaxNudge is a mobile + web app that builds a practical, personalized prevention checklist: vaccines, cancer screenings, labs, and routine checkups. Users answer a short intake (age, sex at birth, conditions, meds, pregnancy status, travel, job risks), then the app generates a schedule aligned to reputable guidelines (e.g., CDC/ACIP, USPSTF) with plain-language explanations and “ask your clinician” prompts. It stores documentation (photos/PDFs of immunization records and lab results), sends reminders, and creates a shareable summary for new doctors, schools, or employers. It also flags common gaps (e.g., tetanus boosters, colon screening, HPV, shingles) and helps users find nearby clinics/pharmacies for booking links (not trying to replace providers). This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps interpret messy records and draft questions; rules-based logic keeps recommendations safe and auditable.
