VaxProof

VaxProof is a mobile + web app that helps people find, import, and share their vaccination records without spending hours calling clinics, schools, and pharmacies. Users connect common sources (state IIS portals where available, major pharmacy chains via upload, pediatrician PDFs, school forms) and the app normalizes everything into a clean timeline with due/overdue reminders based on CDC schedules and travel requirements. It generates shareable, time-limited links and printable forms for schools, camps, employers, and immigration/travel paperwork. It also flags missing documentation and provides a step-by-step checklist to request records from providers, including pre-filled request letters and fax/email templates. This is a traditional app with light AI features for document parsing and data extraction (not medical diagnosis). The goal is boring but valuable: make vaccine documentation painless and reliable.
