VaxProofKid

VaxProofKid is a mobile + web app that helps parents assemble “school-ready” vaccination proof without chasing paper forms. Parents scan any vaccine card or clinic printout, then the app organizes doses into a clean, shareable report tailored to common school/daycare requirements by state and age. It also tracks upcoming dose windows and flags obvious gaps (e.g., missing dates, unreadable entries) so you can fix issues before enrollment deadlines. This is a traditional app with light AI: OCR and document cleanup to reduce manual typing, but it avoids making medical decisions. Exports include PDF, secure share links with expiration, and a “bring to pediatrician” summary for verification. Realistically, it won’t replace official immunization registries; it’s a practical bridge for families stuck between providers, moving states, or dealing with lost records.
