VaxPulse

VaxPulse is a mobile + web app that helps communities run smoother, more equitable vaccination and preventive-care outreach without relying on overloaded clinic phone lines. It aggregates local pop-up clinics, pharmacies, school events, and public health drives into a single searchable feed, then lets users book time slots (or join a waitlist) and receive reminders. For community health teams, it provides lightweight tools to publish events, cap capacity, manage walk-ins, and track turnout by neighborhood—without collecting excessive personal data. The app also supports multilingual, low-bandwidth flows and printable QR codes for on-site check-in. It’s realistic: it won’t “fix healthcare,” but it can reduce missed appointments, confusion about eligibility, and wasted staff time during campaigns (flu, COVID boosters, HPV, blood pressure screenings).
