VaxQueue
VaxQueue is a mobile + web app for running pop-up vaccination or prophylaxis clinics during outbreaks (schools, shelters, workplaces, community centers). It replaces paper sign-in sheets and ad-hoc spreadsheets with a fast intake flow, real-time queue management, and standardized documentation that can be exported to required reporting formats. Staff can pre-register people via SMS link, scan a QR code on arrival, capture consent, screen contraindications, and assign them to stations (registration, clinical review, vaccination, observation). A simple dashboard shows throughput, wait times, doses administered, and remaining inventory by lot, with offline mode for poor connectivity. This is not a “magic outbreak predictor”—it’s operational plumbing that reduces bottlenecks and errors when teams are under pressure and staffing is mixed (volunteers + clinicians).
