VaxRecall

VaxRecall is a web + mobile app for local health departments and community clinics to identify people who are overdue for vaccines and run targeted outreach that actually gets shots into arms. It imports basic roster data (from EHR exports, IIS extracts, or spreadsheets), de-duplicates households, and segments by age, risk, geography, and last-dose timing. The system then runs compliant outreach campaigns (SMS, email, printable letters) with multilingual templates and appointment links, and tracks outcomes (scheduled, completed, refused, unreachable). An AI layer helps clean messy data, match duplicates, and suggest the next-best outreach channel and message based on past performance—without pretending to “predict outbreaks.” The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not an EHR, not a full CRM, and not a surveillance platform. It’s a practical gap-closure engine for immunization programs with limited staff and constant reporting pressure.
