VaxRecall

VaxRecall is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for pediatric clinics to reduce missed immunizations and well-child visits. It connects to the clinic’s EHR, identifies children who are due/overdue based on ACIP schedules, and runs automated recall campaigns via SMS, email, and voice. Staff get a prioritized worklist (high-risk, long-overdue, no upcoming appointment) and one-click actions to schedule, document outreach, and close the loop. Parents receive clear, non-alarmist messages with self-scheduling links and multilingual explanations of what’s due and why. The app tracks outreach effectiveness, no-show rates, and revenue impact from recovered visits. This is a combination app: traditional workflow software plus light AI for message personalization, language translation, and call-note summarization. It is not a diagnostic tool and avoids medical advice beyond schedule-based reminders.
