VaxSlotter is a mobile + web app that helps clinics and pharmacies reduce vaccine waste by matching expiring or last-minute appointment slots with nearby people who want them. Providers post open slots (or integrate with their scheduling system), set eligibility rules (age, risk group, vaccine type), and define a radius. Users opt in by vaccine preferences, availability windows, and travel distance. When a slot opens, the app sends a time-limited offer to the best-matched users; the first to confirm gets the appointment and the provider’s schedule updates. This is not a magic “increase vaccination rates” app—its core value is operational: fewer no-shows, fewer discarded doses, and faster throughput during seasonal surges (flu/COVID/RSV) or limited supply events. Monetization is B2B SaaS per location, with optional pay-per-filled-slot pricing for smaller clinics.
