VegMenuFix
VegMenuFix helps vegetarians quickly decide what to order at real restaurants without scrolling endless menus or relying on outdated crowd reviews. You search a restaurant (or scan a menu photo), and the app highlights likely vegetarian items, flags common hidden non-veg ingredients (broth, gelatin, fish sauce, rennet), and generates a short “ask the server” checklist tailored to that dish. It also supports personal rules (ovo-lacto, no eggs, no dairy, no alliums) and allergy constraints, then ranks options by confidence level rather than pretending it’s always certain. The app is intentionally conservative: it will say “unknown—ask” when it can’t verify. Restaurants can optionally claim profiles to upload ingredient notes and prep practices, but the app works without them. Monetization is a small subscription for unlimited scans and dietary profiles.
