Members see real-time availability, book entry slots, request guest passes, and get discreet notifications when their table or seat is ready—without public “line” optics. The app also tracks no-shows, average dwell time, and peak congestion, giving managers simple dashboards to adjust staffing and policies. This is not a magic “more luxury” app; it’s operational plumbing that reduces friction, complaints, and staff stress while protecting exclusivity.
