VendorComply is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes third-party compliance requests: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA BAAs, insurance COIs, DPAs, and security questionnaires. Instead of spreadsheets and inbox chaos, you create a vendor record, assign required artifacts, set renewal dates, and send a secure upload link. The system auto-reminds vendors, tracks who’s late, and escalates internally when deadlines slip. An AI layer extracts key fields from uploaded PDFs (coverage limits, policy dates, SOC report period, exceptions) and flags mismatches against your requirements. It also generates a clean “vendor compliance packet” for audits and customer due diligence. This is not a full GRC platform; it’s a focused tool for the painful, repetitive vendor-document chase that small and mid-sized companies actually struggle with every quarter.
