VendorGraph

VendorGraph is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that builds a living dependency map of your company’s ecosystem: SaaS tools, integrations, data flows, auth paths, and vendor risk. It connects to Okta/Azure AD, major SaaS APIs, and your cloud logs to automatically discover what talks to what, who owns it, and what data is exposed. When a vendor has an outage, pricing change, security incident, or API deprecation, VendorGraph shows the blast radius: impacted teams, workflows, and downstream systems. It also flags “silent” risks like single-admin accounts, shadow integrations, and unmonitored webhooks. The goal is operational clarity, not another spreadsheet. Most orgs already have pieces of this in ITAM, security, and docs—but they’re stale and fragmented. VendorGraph keeps it current and actionable with alerts and ownership workflows.
