VendorKite is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that automates third‑party compliance evidence collection and tracking for financial services teams. Instead of chasing vendors for SOC 2 reports, pen test summaries, insurance certs, DPA/SCCs, and security questionnaires, VendorKite sends structured requests, validates submissions, and maps evidence to your internal control library. It maintains an always-on “vendor compliance ledger” with expirations, risk tiers, and audit-ready export packs. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify documents, extract key fields (coverage limits, report period, exceptions), and draft follow-up questions, but humans still approve risk decisions. The product is intentionally narrow—vendor evidence automation—because broad GRC suites are expensive, slow to implement, and overkill for many mid-market firms. Expect messy vendor data and partial compliance; the app’s value is reducing manual chasing and missed expirations.
