VendorNudge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that automates SaaS/vendor renewal tracking and approval workflows for small and mid-sized businesses. It ingests contracts, order forms, and invoices from email and shared drives, extracts key fields (renewal date, auto-renew terms, notice period, price escalators), and builds a single renewal calendar with owners and required approvers. The app sends escalating reminders before notice windows close, routes approvals with an audit trail, and generates a “renew/renegotiate/cancel” packet including usage signals (from SSO/IdP and expense data) so teams don’t renew shelfware by default. It also logs vendor contacts, negotiation notes, and cancellation steps to reduce institutional knowledge loss when employees leave. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI for document extraction and term detection; traditional workflows for approvals and compliance.
