VendorNudge is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps SMBs and mid-market teams prevent surprise SaaS renewals and eliminate shelfware. It connects to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, finance systems, and SSO logs to detect which apps are actually being used, who owns them, and when renewals are coming up. It then runs a lightweight workflow: assign an owner, collect a quick “keep/cut/downgrade” decision, and generate a cancellation or renegotiation checklist with email templates and required steps. This is not a full procurement suite—those are expensive and heavy. It’s a focused renewal-control layer that’s fast to deploy and easy to maintain. AI is used to classify vendors from transactions, summarize contract terms from uploaded PDFs, and draft vendor emails, but the core value is accurate renewal visibility and accountability.
