VendorPulse

VendorPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that tracks every SaaS/vendor contract, renewal date, auto-renew clause, and owner—then forces accountability before money leaks. It ingests contracts from email and shared drives, extracts key terms, and creates a renewal calendar with escalation reminders. It also monitors invoices/spend from accounting exports to flag “zombie” subscriptions, duplicate tools, and sudden price increases. The MVP focuses on small-to-mid businesses that are too small for full procurement suites but big enough to waste real money. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for approvals and audit trails, AI for contract term extraction and anomaly detection. The product wins only if it is dead simple to set up in under an hour and produces savings within the first month; otherwise it becomes another ignored dashboard.
