VendorVault

VendorVault is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps early-stage companies manage vendors, subscriptions, and renewals before spend becomes untraceable. It connects to email and accounting to auto-detect new tools, invoices, and contracts, then builds a single vendor record with owner, cost, renewal date, cancellation steps, and risk notes. The app pushes renewal alerts, flags price hikes, and highlights duplicate tools across teams. It also generates a lightweight “vendor pack” for diligence: contract links, SOC2 status notes, data access, and termination terms. This is not a full procurement suite; it’s a pragmatic control layer for startups that don’t have finance ops yet. The goal is simple: reduce surprise renewals, prevent tool sprawl, and make vendor decisions visible without heavy process.
