VendorVault

VendorVault is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes supplier onboarding and ongoing compliance for government procurement teams. Instead of chasing W-9s, SAM.gov registration proof, insurance certificates, cybersecurity attestations, debarment checks, and subcontractor disclosures across email threads, vendors upload once into a structured checklist tied to each solicitation or contract. The system tracks expirations, sends reminders, and produces an audit-ready “vendor file” export for internal reviewers and external auditors. It also supports role-based access for contracting officers, legal, and program staff, plus a vendor-facing portal that reduces back-and-forth. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI helps classify uploaded documents, extract key fields (policy dates, entity names), and flag missing or inconsistent items. The goal is boring reliability, not magic—fewer delays, fewer compliance gaps, and faster award cycles.
