VendorVirtue is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized companies run practical, values-based vendor due diligence without hiring a full compliance team. Teams create a short “ethics profile” for each supplier: labor practices, conflict minerals, bribery risk, data privacy, and faith-aligned constraints (e.g., avoiding certain industries). The app provides templated questionnaires, evidence requests, and a simple risk score you can defend in an audit. It tracks renewals, flags expiring documents, and generates board-ready reports showing what you checked and what you didn’t. An AI assistant summarizes uploaded policies and contracts, highlights red flags, and drafts follow-up questions—while keeping a clear paper trail of human decisions. This is not a magic truth machine; it’s a workflow tool that makes ethical procurement repeatable and visible.
