VendorVow is a mobile + web app that helps couples book wedding vendors with less flakiness and fewer surprises. It standardizes inquiries into a structured brief (date, budget, style, must-haves), then routes it to vendors with required response SLAs. Vendors who respond on time earn a reliability score; vendors who ghost get downgraded. Couples can compare quotes apples-to-apples, track deposits and due dates, and generate a simple service agreement template to reduce misunderstandings. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes vendor messages, flags missing details (insurance, overtime rates, cancellation terms), and suggests follow-up questions based on vendor category. The goal isn’t “dream wedding inspiration”—it’s operational execution: fewer no-shows, clearer pricing, and a paper trail that’s easy to manage.
