The app connects to common smart sensors (CO2, humidity, temperature, VOC) and turns confusing readings into clear actions: when to open windows, run bath fans, adjust HVAC runtime, or add a dehumidifier. It builds a simple “fresh air score” per room, flags patterns like chronically high CO2 in bedrooms or humidity spikes after showers, and estimates whether your home is under-ventilated for its occupancy. An AI assistant explains what’s happening in plain language and generates a weekly checklist tailored to your home layout and local weather. It also logs symptoms (headaches, allergies, sleep quality) so users can see correlations over time. This is a mobile app + lightweight web dashboard, built as a combination traditional + AI app.
