VenueOps
VenueOps is a web + mobile operations app for sports event hosts to coordinate game-day staffing, vendor deliveries, incident reporting, and run-of-show in one place. It replaces messy group chats, printed call sheets, and scattered spreadsheets with role-based task lists, timed checklists, and a live ops feed. Staff get mobile assignments, QR check-ins, and push alerts; managers get a command dashboard with status by zone (gates, concessions, security, medical, AV). It also captures post-event debriefs automatically: what broke, who responded, and how long it took—turning “we’ll fix it next time” into measurable improvements. This is not a ticketing platform and not a full venue management suite; it’s a focused operations layer that can plug into existing tools. AI is used sparingly for summarizing incidents and generating post-event reports, not for core reliability.
