VenuePulse is a mobile + web app that helps fans survive big Olympic-style events by predicting bottlenecks: security lines, entry gates, restroom queues, concession waits, and post-event transit crush. It blends official schedules and venue maps with anonymized, opt-in crowd signals (phone motion/location), user-reported wait times, and public transit status to generate “go now / avoid” guidance. Users get a simple timeline for their session: when to leave, which gate to use, best restroom/concession windows, and the fastest exit route afterward. The app also supports multi-venue days with walking/transit routing and alerts when a venue is trending toward capacity. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for maps/schedules/routing, AI for short-horizon crowd and queue forecasting and anomaly detection. Monetization is realistic: affiliate ticketing/merch, local partner offers, and B2B licensing to event organizers or city tourism boards.
