VenuePulse is a web + mobile operations app for tournament directors who struggle with the real problem: venues, courts/fields, and constant schedule disruptions. Instead of focusing on brackets first, it runs the event from the ground up—check-in, court assignment, delay tracking, and instant rescheduling when games run long or a field goes down. Staff get a simple “what to do next” view, while coaches/players see accurate start times, locations, and push alerts. The AI component suggests the least-bad schedule changes (minimizing back-to-backs, travel between fields, and referee gaps) and explains the tradeoffs so directors can approve quickly. It also includes incident logging (injuries, weather, equipment) to justify delays and reduce complaints. This is not glamorous, but it targets the messy operational layer that causes most tournament blowups.
