VenueScout

VenueScout is a web + desktop app (traditional + AI) that helps active traders and small funds choose where to place orders by estimating real, executable liquidity and total trading cost across venues (exchanges, brokers, dark pools where available). Instead of relying on top-of-book quotes, it ingests live market data, your historical fills (via broker/exchange APIs), and venue fee schedules to model expected slippage, partial fills, and latency impact for different order types and sizes. The AI component learns from your own execution history to calibrate cost curves per symbol and time-of-day, then recommends routing and order slicing strategies you can approve and send via supported brokers. Realistically, this won’t beat sophisticated bank smart-order routers, but it can materially improve execution for semi-pro traders who currently fly blind or use generic tools.
