VenueVouch
VenueVouch is a mobile + web app for meetup hosts who struggle with the most boring failure point: choosing a venue that’s too loud, too small, too hard to park at, or simply awkward. Hosts propose 2–5 candidate venues, and attendees vote with constraints (noise level, budget, transit, accessibility, dietary options). The app pulls real-world signals—hours, busy times, reservation policies, and recent reviews—then flags obvious risks (closed early, no group seating, frequent “too loud” complaints). After the event, attendees leave quick structured feedback (not essays) so future venue picks get smarter for that community. It’s not trying to replace event platforms; it’s a “venue decision layer” that plugs into existing group chats and calendars. Monetization is simple: host subscriptions for advanced venue scoring, and optional venue lead/referral fees where appropriate.
