VetFollowUp

VetFollowUp is a mobile + web telemedicine companion focused on the messy middle: the days after a clinic visit, surgery, or new medication. Pet owners often leave the clinic overwhelmed, then panic at home when symptoms change. This app schedules structured check-ins (photos, short videos, symptom sliders, medication adherence) and routes them to the right level of care: self-care guidance, asynchronous vet review, or urgent referral. It’s a traditional app with light AI assistance: AI helps owners capture usable media (framing, lighting prompts) and summarizes timelines for the vet, but does not “diagnose.” Clinics can brand the follow-up flows per procedure (spay/neuter, dental, dermatitis, GI upset) and bill for remote rechecks. The goal is fewer unnecessary ER visits, fewer missed complications, and better outcomes without adding phone-tag workload to clinics.
