VetQueue

VetQueue is a mobile + web telemedicine app that focuses on one thing most pet telehealth apps fail at: predictable access. Instead of generic “talk to a vet” promises, it runs a real-time queue with transparent wait times, upfront pricing, and clear escalation rules (home care vs. urgent clinic vs. ER). Pet owners answer a structured symptom flow, upload photos/videos, and can join a live chat or video consult when their slot is near. Clinics can opt in to cover overflow hours and monetize downtime, while owners get continuity via visit summaries and follow-up messaging for 48 hours. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance: AI helps pre-fill intake notes and flags missing info, but does not diagnose. The product is designed to reduce unnecessary ER visits while not pretending to replace in-person care.
