It also tracks diagnostic turnaround times, complication rates, and recheck compliance to surface where processes break. This is not a flashy consumer app—it's operational software for busy practices that already have too many tools. The MVP focuses on being lightweight, fast, and easy to adopt with templates for common surgeries (spay/neuter, dental, cruciate, mass removal) and simple reporting that helps owners and medical directors enforce standards without micromanaging.
