VetStabilize is a mobile + web app for veterinary ER/urgent care teams that turns chaotic first 10 minutes into a consistent stabilization workflow. It provides species- and weight-based emergency checklists (airway, breathing, circulation, neuro, tox) with timed prompts, dose calculators, and one-tap order sets. As actions are checked off, the app auto-generates a clean, legally defensible ER note with timestamps, vitals trends, and administered meds/fluids. It also includes an offline mode for treatment areas with poor Wi‑Fi and a “handoff” view for shift changes or referral transfers. This is not a diagnostic oracle; it’s a practical execution tool that reduces missed steps, math errors, and documentation gaps. Clinics can customize protocols to match their medical director’s preferences and local drug concentrations, avoiding the ‘one-size-fits-none’ problem common in emergency tools.
