A licensed vet tech or veterinarian (depending on jurisdiction) reviews and responds with a clear action plan, expected watch-outs, and a time window for escalation. The app also generates a concise “handoff note” that can be sent to the user’s primary clinic, reducing repeat explanations and saving clinic time. It’s a traditional telehealth app with a light AI layer used only for intake summarization and red-flag detection prompts (not final medical decisions).
