VibeDub

VibeDub is a desktop + mobile companion app that creates synchronized haptic tracks for movies, short-form videos, and VR clips using supported wearables (gamepads, haptic vests, seat pads). Users import a video or paste a link, then VibeDub generates a “haptic mix” by analyzing audio peaks, dialogue intensity, and scene cuts, with manual editing for creators who want precision. The app exports shareable haptic profiles that friends can download and play in sync, or it can run live while streaming locally. Realistically, it won’t work with every streaming service due to DRM, so the MVP focuses on local files and user-owned content. Monetization is creator tools + marketplace revenue share: sell premium haptic mixes for popular content and niche genres (anime, EDM sets, horror shorts).
