VibeRoster

VibeRoster is a web + mobile app for virtual and hybrid events that automates the hardest part: getting attendees into conversations that don’t feel random or awkward. Organizers set goals (networking, hiring, partnerships), define tracks, and import attendee profiles from ticketing/CRM. During the event, VibeRoster runs timed “micro-meetups” (3–6 people) and 1:1 matches using interest overlap, role seniority, time zone, and opt-in intent (e.g., ‘hiring’, ‘seeking investors’). It also supports hybrid by creating on-site group prompts and QR check-ins that sync with online participants. After sessions, it generates follow-up lists, suggested intros, and a simple ROI report (meetings held, leads captured, satisfaction). This is not another video platform; it plugs into Zoom/Teams/Meet and focuses on matchmaking, scheduling, and outcomes.
