VibeThresh

VibeThresh is a monitoring and control app that turns cheap vibration and temperature sensors into actionable feedback for small factories and maintenance teams. It ingests sensor readings (via MQTT or CSV uploads), learns each machine’s normal baseline, and triggers alerts when patterns drift toward failure (bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment). The product is intentionally pragmatic: simple dashboards, clear thresholds, and maintenance tickets—not fancy “digital twin” promises. It supports per-machine health scores, alert routing (SMS/email/Teams), and a lightweight calibration workflow so technicians can trust the data. This is a web app with an optional mobile companion for on-floor alerts and quick notes. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps detect anomalies and reduce false alarms, while deterministic rules keep it explainable and auditable for maintenance leads.
