It centralizes guest preferences, arrival plans, staff schedules, vendor bookings, inventory, and incident tracking into one timeline per stay. The AI layer turns messy inputs (WhatsApp messages, emails, PDFs like menus and house manuals) into structured tasks, checklists, and reminders, and flags conflicts (e.g., chef booked during airport pickup, out-of-stock champagne, late housekeeping). It also generates guest-ready itineraries and staff briefings with the right tone and brand voice. This isn’t another listing marketplace; it’s the “back office” that prevents expensive mistakes and keeps service consistent across properties. Realistically, adoption hinges on saving time for managers and reducing guest complaints—if it doesn’t do that fast, it’s dead.
