VillaProof is a mobile + web app that creates a defensible, time-stamped “condition record” for private villas before, during, and after a stay. Staff or managers run guided walkthroughs on a phone, capturing photos/video with automatic metadata, room-by-room checklists, and annotated notes. The system generates a signed report for owners, managers, and (optionally) guests, reducing deposit disputes and finger-pointing between housekeeping, maintenance, and renters. An AI layer flags anomalies (new scratches, missing items, stained linens) by comparing to prior baselines and highlights high-risk areas to re-check. It also tracks incident resolution: assign a task, attach quotes/invoices, and close with proof. This is not a “concierge” app; it’s operational risk control for high-value properties where one disputed claim can cost thousands and relationships.
