The app provides QR/NFC “checkpoints” around the villa (pool pump, generator, Wi‑Fi router, AC units) so staff must physically verify tasks on-site. It schedules preventive maintenance, logs readings (chlorine, pressure, battery health), and creates incident tickets with photo/video evidence.
