VisitLogix is a mobile + web app for therapy-animal handlers and the facilities they visit to log sessions with credible proof and minimal friction. Handlers start a visit, capture a facility staff e-signature, and optionally record anonymized outcomes (mood scale, engagement, attendance). The app auto-generates a compliant visit report and a monthly summary for program coordinators, insurers, or grant reporting. It also tracks vaccinations, insurance, and training renewals with reminders, reducing last-minute cancellations. This is not a “cute pet journal”—it’s operational tooling for programs that must document visits to keep partnerships, funding, and access. AI is used only to draft narrative summaries from structured notes and to flag missing documentation; it does not diagnose or make clinical claims. Expect slow sales cycles with hospitals, but strong retention once embedded in workflows.
