VisitProof is a mobile + web app for families and small home-care agencies to confirm that scheduled caregiver visits actually happened, on time, and with basic task completion—without cameras. Caregivers check in/out using a geofenced QR/NFC tag placed in the home, then complete a 30–60 second checklist (med reminder given, meal prep, mobility assist, notes). Families get a simple timeline and exception alerts (late, missed, unusually short). Agencies can export visit logs for payroll and compliance. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes caregiver notes into a daily plain-language update and flags patterns like repeated lateness or frequent “couldn’t complete task” reasons. It’s realistic because it doesn’t try to replace clinical documentation or diagnose; it focuses on proof-of-service and communication for non-medical support.
