VisitProof is a web + mobile app that standardizes and verifies clinical trial visit execution at the site level. Coordinators run a guided, protocol-specific visit checklist (pre-visit, in-visit, post-visit) that captures required timestamps, source document pointers, and attestation for critical steps (e.g., consent, eligibility, IP dispensing, key assessments). The app flags missing or out-of-window tasks in real time and generates a clean, monitor-ready visit packet summary. It integrates lightly with existing CTMS/eTMF via exports and APIs rather than trying to replace them. This is not glamorous: it’s operational plumbing to reduce avoidable deviations, rework, and monitoring back-and-forth. The product lives or dies on being faster than paper/Excel and not adding documentation burden. If it can’t save coordinators time, it won’t stick.
