VisitProof is a mobile + web app for foster and adoptive parents to capture verifiable, time-stamped records of visits, calls, incidents, and milestones—without turning life into paperwork. In two taps, a parent can log a supervised visit, note behaviors, attach photos (optional), and store relevant documents. The app generates clean, court-friendly summaries and monthly reports that match common agency needs. It includes reminders for appointments and required trainings, plus a secure “share pack” that exports only what a caseworker, attorney, or CASA needs. This is not a magic solution: it won’t fix broken systems or reduce caseloads. But it can reduce the chaos and protect families when details get disputed months later. Privacy controls are strict by default, with encrypted storage and granular sharing.
