VisitProof is a mobile + web app that helps families and small home-care agencies confirm that scheduled visits actually happened and that key tasks were completed—without turning caregivers into full-time note-takers. Caregivers start and end a visit with a single tap; the app captures lightweight verification (time window, approximate location, optional QR code in the home) and a short checklist tailored to the client’s care plan (meds reminders, meals, hygiene, mobility, vitals). Families get a simple timeline view and alerts for missed/late visits. Agencies can export basic reports for billing and compliance. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer: AI summarizes daily notes into a plain-language update and flags anomalies (e.g., repeated missed tasks, unusual visit duration). It’s designed for the messy reality of home care: low tech literacy, spotty connectivity, and high staff turnover.
