VisitPulse

VisitPulse is a mobile + web app for therapy-animal teams and host facilities to capture outcomes from visits with minimal friction. Instead of just logging dates and signatures, it collects quick, standardized pre/post mood and stress check-ins (staff-assisted or self-report), session notes, and incident flags, then generates facility-ready reports for administrators and donors. The app supports multiple programs (hospitals, schools, senior living), tracks animal workload and rest days, and stores required documents (vaccinations, handler training, insurance) with expiry reminders. It’s realistic: it won’t “prove” clinical efficacy, but it will produce consistent, defensible operational metrics that facilities actually ask for—attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and safety. The goal is to reduce admin burden, increase renewal likelihood with partner sites, and make program value easier to communicate without pretending to be medical research.
