VivariumSpec

VivariumSpec is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI assistance) that turns species husbandry requirements into a practical enclosure build plan. Users pick a reptile/amphibian species (or enter key parameters), then the app outputs a spec sheet: minimum enclosure dimensions, ventilation targets, safe substrate options, basking/UVB placement guidance, humidity strategy, and a shopping list that maps to common brands/SKUs. A simple layout tool lets you drag lamps, hides, water features, and sensors onto a top-down enclosure grid and checks for common failure points (overheating zones, UVB distance mistakes, poor airflow, incompatible cohabitation assumptions). It also generates a maintenance schedule and a “first 30 days” setup checklist. The goal is not pretty 3D renders; it’s reducing costly, dangerous setup errors and helping keepers build correct habitats on a realistic budget.
