VODLedger

VODLedger is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that turns messy scrim recordings into searchable, review-ready clips. Teams upload VODs or connect a stream archive, then the app auto-detects rounds, key events (kills, objectives, economy swings), and creates a timeline with tags and quick filters. Coaches and players can leave timestamped notes, assign review tasks, and export short clip packs for role-specific feedback. It’s not a magic “AI coach” that pretends to know your meta; it’s a time-saver that makes disciplined review actually happen. The MVP focuses on one or two esports titles with stable replay/VOD signals and expands only when accuracy is good enough. Monetization is team subscriptions with storage tiers and collaboration seats.
